Hockey Camp
This is partnership program of Boswin and Varsity Hockey, the GTA’s best training center for hockey players of all ages.
Why Varsity?
Varsity Hockey is conveniently located near Steele & 410 and it has run quality training for the last 20 years. Lots of elite hockey players, including professional hockey players, Tyler Seguin (Dallas Stars), Frankie Corrado (Toronto Maple Leafs), Scott Wedgewood (New Jersey Devils), Scott Wilson (Pittsburgh Penguins) and more, have been trained in the center every year.
The state-of-art facility includes 2 ice rinks, 1 8000 square foot gyms, boni shooting range and Fasttrak Skating Treadmill.
All Varsity coaches came from professional background and they will make sure all students get quality training through the summer.
House League-level Hockey Camp
Players will be on the ice each day for 3 hours, split into two 1 ½ hour sessions.
The focus of the on-ice program is on individual skill development. This includes skating and puck skills.
In order to have the best quality training, our ratio for hockey training is 6 students to 1 instructor maximum. All of head instructors have played Junior, College/University or Pro Hockey.
Recreational Activities may include dodge ball, soccer and much more. For two of the recreational sessions players will walk over to Aerosports Trampoline Park, which is part of the same building. In order to participate parents are required to complete a waiver. You can complete this online by going to the following site:

All students will need full hockey equipment, gym attire, and a bag lunch. Varsity will provide a pizza lunch on the final day of the camp.
Rep-level Camp
Each day players will attend for 3.5 hours of on-ice instruction, as well as 1 hour of off-ice instruction, and 1 hour of off-ice recreational games.
On-ice will consist of skating development (quickness, speed, and power training); puck skills (puck control drills, stick handling, dekeing, creative puck handling, and puck control under pressure) and winning battles in competitive situations (1 on 1, and 2 on 1, etc).
Off-ice training will consist of stretching, agility, coordination and balance drills, and core strength work. We will continue to work on skating off-ice by training on the slide boards as well through plyometric exercises. Students should bring proper gym attire.
